Talent2 is a leading HR outsourcing service (RPO) provider in APAC region, headquarter in Australia and listed in Australian stock exchange (TWO).

Unisys is its first China Project, and I am the only on site consultant / Project Manager for the setting up / developing an efficient TAM (talent acquisition solution) solution for Unisys.

从猎头转入招聘外包是一个漫长的思想斗争过程。记得一个很好的客户（后来变成为朋友）曾经对我说：“猎头是不可信赖的朋友”。当时很不解兼气愤。可是在猎头行业工作3年以后，我听到过很多不负责任毁人职业道路的猎头故事，也见过很多为钱不择手段的猎头，以至于一段时间里面，我开始羞于跟人介绍我是猎头。这时，我的前老板离开翰德加入Talent2，她将招聘流程外包的概念引入中国，也给我打开一扇大门－－原来招聘可以这么做，原来还是有更加负责任更加注重客户和个人长远利益的招聘方式。

我做为Talent2大中国区的第二个员工加入，负责优利公司的项目，主要帮助优利公司做好公司雇主形象建立，招聘流程建立与管理，入职培训，校园招聘，供应商管理，离职访问等等所有招聘人事经理处理的问题。这段经历开始让我了解IT行业，也开始了解公司内部各种复杂的流程和系统，更结交了很多好朋友。

从市场和销售转为猎头，很多人都比较难以理解，于我，只是兴趣使然。和人打交道一向是最有意思的事情，宝洁拥有很好的系统，因此人在这个庞大机器中的作用就微乎其微，而现实社会中的生意，却都由人和人的链接而来，我相信这也是若邻所看重的。

翰德是一家系统很好的猎头公司，从这里我开始了解招聘行业是如何运作的，而我处理的case又多半是高级管理人员的猎头，于是也得以增长阅历，建立各种人脉关系。
